2. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Generally, you will get your items within 1-2 weeks after your order has been processed. In most cases, the items are received in 7 business days; however, we named 9 days in case of delays. If you need a rush delivery, like DHL, you can pay extra $30 per pair, then you will get your items in 5-7 days.

3. My credit card was declined, now what?

There are various reasons for a declined credit card transaction.

The most common reason is that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card statement. If so, please try again with the right billing address. While at the meantime, A simple typing mistake could also cause the transaction to be declined, including entering the wrong credit card number, wrong expiry date or CVN code (the security number on the back of your credit card).

If your credit card is still not being accepted here are some suggestions:
- Wait 1 day and try again
- Make sure your credit card is not over its limit
- Make sure your credit card has not expired
- Make sure you have correctly typed the name on the front of the credit card
- Try a different credit card

4. How do I contact online service after payment was made?

You can contact us via the online email. All inquiries are answered within 12 Hours. If you have not heard from us, please check your Spam Mail.

5.How do you Exchange your Order?

If you want to exchange a product, please email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unused and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the way, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders, this process sometimes can take up to 30 days. Thanks!

7. Can I get some discount off?

1. If you choose to pay via Western Union, you get 5% off.
2. If you order 3 pairs in one order, you get 5% off.
3. If you order 5 pairs in one order, you get 10% off.
4. If you order more than 10 pairs, you get 18% off.
